That is a weird location Sasuke found. 6-2 Otsutsuki (looked like moon man and fisher man were destroyed for some reason) hollow gram things, with a Jyuubi under it. This means the 6th Otsutsuki we didn't see before is mastermind of this situation, but it's also still weird as why does Jigen have Karma too? What is difference between his and Kawaki's? Regardless, looks like we are getting a god level fight already with Jigen using 10-tail chakra and Karma. Based on preview, catches Naruto off-guard with restricting poles, so wonder how they get through this.

Nah, I think they kinda spelled it out a bit. The Karma seems to be the power of that Otsutsuki that died. I think Jigen carries the power of the one that was with Kaguya and Kawaki probably has Kaguya's. Those with Karma are simply the vessels of their power and I think Jigen wants the 9 Tails to devour Kawaki to bring back Kaguya.

I think this is further backed by the fact most of the inners want to bring back something involving the 4th Great Ninja War. One wanted the fruit of the Divine Tree, another wants to bring back the Genjutsu on the moon (I'm not spelling that). They already have the 10 Tails which should be Kaguya but I think to fully bring her back it needs to devour whomever has the power of her Karma.

I think it further is backed by him saying, "You can't eat me yet." So part of the plan also seems to be having him be eaten by the Nine Tails to bring back her partner. Their plan looks to be the revival of the Gods and to complete the plan of the Otsutsuki not knowing that most of them are mad at Kaguya. XD
